We design and manufacture 95% of the products shown in our catalogue, hence offer an unbeatable 2 year guarantee on them. This means if things do go wrong, we will not use the old “we are waiting for our manufacturer to call us so that we can call you” excuse.

All products undergo vigorous testing and quality control before they are dispatched, and are manufactured by qualified technicians, using the latest technology, available only from The Sensory Company.

All our products comply with relevant CE regulations and are marked accordingly.

Installation...
Our qualified Site Technical team carry out all installations. Their vast experience allows them to carry out work to the highest standards providing a safe aesthetically pleasing environment.We recognise installations can be noisy (power drills, etc) so will be more than willing to carry out works at a convenient time, be that evenings or weekends.

All electrical works are carried out by qualified electricians, and at the very least meet relevant NICEIC standards.

Instruction Manuals...
All products come complete with an easy to follow comprehensive instruction manual. If you require further information, our support team are more than willing to help. You can even download alot of them by clicking the After Sales Support link (above).

Staff Training...
All our equipment is designed to be really simple to use yet extremely effective and versatile. After your new installation is complete, we provide a free one-day familiarisation course at a mutually convenient time. You and your staff will be shown how to operate the new equipment and given ideas on its countless uses - after all, what use is state of the art equipment if you don’t know how to use it?

If you wish, we can also introduce you to our other schools, hospitals, etc, who have already had experience using our equipment. This can help quickly bring you ‘up to speed’. We can also recommend a number of independent training companies who have many years experience educating on the use of multisensory rooms.

All installations include a free one year service contract comprising 2 detailed site visits to ensure piece of mind.
